• Employment certificate with remuneration & leave approval dates, if employed · Proof of Business Incorporation Certificate of the Company in India Registration of the Firm, if self employed.
• Personal bank statement of the passenger for the last 6 months with banks original seal and signature in all the pages & closing balance of Rs.1 Lakh min.
• Personal IT returns of the passenger for the last 3 years.
• Ticket itinerary.
• Hotel Confirmation.
• Clear copy of AADHAR card or Driving License.

Family or Friend’s visit

• Scanned copy of photograph taken no more than 6 months ago with white background Scanned copy of Notarized Letter of invitation from Philippines, mentioning the duration of stay and purpose of visit along with A copy of the S E C should be submitted with the Letter of Invitation from Philippines.
• Covering letter from the Company in INDIA.
• Certificate of Employment in a managerial level or higher, if employed.
• Employment certificate with remuneration or letter of guarantee from the company ·Proof of Business Incorporation Certificate of the Company in India Registration of the Firm.
• Original Letter from the Bank certifying that the Company is maintaining Current Account and the transaction is satisfactory with closing balance or Company bank statement for the last 6 months with banks original seal n signature in all the pages.
• Personal bank statement of the passenger for the last 6 months with banks original seal and signature in all the pages & closing balance of Rs.1 Lakh min.
