Scanned copy of passport with minimum 6 months valid along with Scanned copy of other country visa/entry/exit copy.

Attached Questionnaire to be filled by the passenger completely.

Scanned copy of white background photos.

Covering letter from the passenger stating the purpose of travel.

Hotel Confirmation if staying in Hotel.

Invitation letter from New Zealand along with the invitee’s passport & Visa Copy.

If the trip is sponsored by the invitee, last 3 months salary slips, bank statement of the invitee & attached sponsorship form to be filled n get attested by the Bank.

If the passenger is employed, Salary slips for the last 6 months & NOC cum leave approval letter from the employer.

Last 6 months bank statement of the passenger.

Last 3 years IT returns of the passenger.

If the passenger is self-employed, GST certificate of the company.

AADHAR card copy.
